Daydreams x Everyday Coffee
Having run Daydreams as a raucous party for many years, we started to get tired.
Entering our mid-30s, we were more interested in having a nice, chill time on a Sunday with friends, food, and wine.
So in 2022, Daydreams moved to Everyday Coffee with a slightly different format in mind.
Instead of loud dance music in a sweaty dark room, we opted for a leafy courtyard. Instead of pre-mixed cocktails in plastic cups, we opted minimal intervention wine in glassware.
Each event would also have a heavy food-focus, with a different chef each week curating a new menu.

Created a new revenue stream for Everyday Coffee as a venue for events - not just a cafe/roastery.
Managed the liquor license application process.
Evolved Daydreams into a grown-up event.
Collaborated with different chefs each week, helping with COG and menu curation.
Booked and managed a selection of cool DJs.
