Party Mix Wine
Traditionally, there are certain varieties of grape that you mix together to make specific types of wines.
To hell with that, I thought.
I purchased various wine by the litre from epic local producers, mixed them together however I wanted and created my own releases.
The result was a fun wine that broke all the rules and would likely have me barred from entering France.

Developed and managed the business model so that it actually made financial sense too.
