I purchased a really weird existing venue and transformed it into one of Melbourne's coolest underground bars.
The vibe revolved around nightclub-quality sound, heaps of DJs, minimal intervention wine, creative cocktails, rotating events, and the kind of interior design that money couldn't buy (because we didn't have any).
I ran it from September 2019 to September 2022 (YES during the pandemic) before successfully selling it for 4x what I paid for it.
